Hey dee ho Yoga is a unique program created from the basic principles of yoga. The program is designed to have positive effects on the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and creative aspects of being. Incorporating postures, breathing and relaxation exercises for children within the experience of drama and story telling. Classes running on Thursday’s at 1245pm and 1.30pm for 3 – 6 year olds.
