Yoga for Pregnancy…?
I’m looking for a good slow breathing, relaxing, wake-up and wind-down yoga dvd. I don’t really care for the fast-paced high energy level yoga just the breathing and stretching yoga that is okay to do during pregnancy.
Any suggestions for dvds/videos?
the one i used was Yoga Zone Postures for Pregnancy, it was a good stretch and it also helped me with back pain etc.
i just googled it and found lots of links, including this one…
