What is your favourite yoga posture?
Also tell me how long you have been doing yoga & which style.
What is your favourite posture & why?
My favourite is the tree, it allows me to feel strong, focussed & balanced.
I do hatha yoga & have done for 10 years.
I haven’t done yoga long enough to get all the positions down by name, but I love the one where where I balance on one foot while the rest of me is horizontal to the ground. It’s the only time I feel coordinated. I’ve taken yoga classes off and on for a few years (I should start again)
