yoga stool
I have recently developed piles and trieds some yoga posutres specially pashcimottanasan and my intestine seem?
my intestine seems to have blocked, not able to pass stool completely it gets blocked, any help/suggestions plz..
Piles are enlarged veins around the anus and Yoga will not help them. You need to buy Anusol Suppositories from the chemist. When they have shrunk and are more comfortable you should be able to pass stools easily.
