NDS is the game – "Let's Yoga" really effective ????? (Does anyone tried it?)?
Has anyone tried the "Let's Yoga "Nintendo DS?? Is really effective and similar to attending a real tutorial yoga? Please give ur views, trying to decide whether should spend money to join yoga classes or just play the game =) Thanks
I personally find it relaxing and tends to stretch the muscles very well, but I've never been in a real yoga class so I can not tell the difference between the two. But with the game Let's Yoga I think it's really good.
