Does bouncing on a yoga ball help bring labor or help the baby drop?? ?

I am 37 weeks and 2 cm and 90%, they sent me home today and I have been having back and front contractions. They are not regular, but they hurt and they sent me because I didn’t make any progress in the 30 minutes that they wanted me to walk. So now I am home in pain and I just wanted to know what I should be doing to help me baby get here. Thanks!!

The bouncing is just supposed to help your cervix thin, and sounds like your already 90% effaced, it may help you dilate some but I think your uteris has to be contracting to cause you to dilate (could be mistaken).
For me, I used my breastpump (for nipple stimulation) like 20 minutes altogether and went into labor that night, and had my daughter the next morning!
Good luck, it sounds like it will be soon!
