Yoga. Does it right to apply cold on your bad knee after you have did yoga?
About 10 years ago I have strained my miniscus badly. I started Yoga and overdid all right. My knee started cracking and now I’m crippled a little. Now I do it slowly and right.
Heard that it’d be helpful to apply ice on the knee after the exercise.
Ice is best: ten minutes on then ten minutes off – repeat. But take it easy in your classes, too. Yoga shouldn’t hurt. If you tell your instructor about your knee, s/he will likely be able to suggest modifications for poses throughout class that will put less stress on your knees.
