yoga training

Combining yoga and weight training (one immediatelly after the other)…good idea?
I enjoy doing both yoga and weight training. I usually do (light) free weights minutes before doing yoga or viceversa. Does lifting weights just before yoga make me less flexible for yoga or does one affect the other in any way or form?. Is there a benefit of doing one activity before the other?
I prefer doing yoga last because then I’m very relaxed when I finish up. But I’ve also found that doing weights before yoga leaves my muscles slighly exhausted, which makes the yoga a little harder.
So perhaps it’s better to do the yoga first, because then your muscles are warmed up but not too tired. And you could always cut your routine in half too – do more vigorous yoga first, switch to weights, then finish up with more relaxing yoga poses.
