Yoga and sect; how do we draw the line between the two?
Shall we just focus on breathing or venture to contemplate dawn on a sandy beach with sparkling sea water?
Could facing the sun and concentrating on energy centers lead us on a one way trip?
hello i trained in martial arts for many years. breathing is just the beginning to understanding your center and chi or energy. relaxing through breath controll while picturing a relaxing place and mentaly going there is not sect. learning to concentrate on center and finding your center is a valueble tool you can utilize in your everyday life it is not a bad thing to learn to understand yourself mentally phisicaly and spiritualy both religious and energy. ultimatle you controll what you do. i enjoy centering. sorry for the piss poor spelling center wont work for everything
