If I don’t have too much weight too lose, is cardio necessary?
Hi, I’m 5′2” and 120 lbs, and for the most part, I’m thin, but i’m just lacking definition and tone. Since i’m not looking to lose much weight, just to tone and define, do I HAVE to do cardio? Or can I just do crunches, pilates, yoga, etc to achieve the body I want? Thank you!
