As the benefits of yoga in the morning or at night?
What would be a better way to stress relife. AM / PM yoga? Ti Chi better than yoga? Im going to get a DVD that I can do in my bedroom for stress relief just dont know what would be most beneficial. I am in excellent physical shape, but many such as stress has a toll on me
Yoga or tai chi is effective for you, but it all depends on your personal style and temperament in that it will best for you. You can enjoy one over the other, so you could go to your local video store and rent a video and try Thai chi, which then, after to do that for a week, go rent a yoga video. View more you enjoy, what seems to help you feel more relaxed, and get to be more willing to continue. It's a totally personal decision. It gets you stimulated, blood circulation and helps balance (mentally and emotionally) and prepare you for your day. It is also a good idea to do some relaxing yoga at night before bedtime, as it helps relieve some stress of the day and prepare your body for sleep. As tai chi, I do it so I can not speak from experience, but I think it would be so beneficial to do some of the morning and evening and if they choose that path. Good luck:)
