Yoga mat question, what kind do you use?
I was thinking of getting this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10543400&findingMethod=rr # Q% 26A + exchange but there is only one review I wondered if anyone here has used it and could tell me if is good? or recommend one??? Go Green!
I use Yoga legs these days, despite the criticisms of the Amazon, the mines are very strong and have lasted me all year.
