What is the best yoga mat out there?
I've been through two mats so far …. the first was a thick carpet that was thick Gaiam, but it was also slippery. The second was from Gaiam and was a natural jute material. Unfortunately, it began to disintegrate after a while and was too thin. I was thinking about something …. Gaiam just kidding …. I am willing to switch brands. What do you suggest?
