Questions about Bikram Yoga?
Next week I am starting in a beginners Bikram Yoga class with a coworker. I don’t want to wear anything skimpy, but I know that I need to dress lite. Any suggestions on the “outfit” I should be wearing?
Also, I plan on taking a mat, water (lots), and towels. Any other suggestions?
