How far along do you have to be to enroll in prenatal yoga?
I don’t want to look out of place when I am not showing and I’m going to a prenatal yoga class but I’m afraid of doing something that I shouldn’t be doing even in early pregnancy…does anyone have any advice?

You can do prenantal yoga before pregnancy, and clear through.
There is no time when you shouldnt.
