P90X Yoga X replacement?
Hi, I begin my p90x excersise program next Monday, I was just trying to BT out for a bit today (a little warming) and my yoga DVD X dont work, I called Beachboys No yoga is going to send me a new DVD (Of course I sent the necessity of not working one lol) BT i want to start as soon as possible, my question is, what can I replace the YOGA Title X in my excersise program for one week from its THT problem that will take a long time coming to me, thanks
Replace with any Stretch X or a cardio workout as a cardio x Good Luck
