Can beginners do Yogalosophy?
I want to try the Yogalosophy dvd, but I’ve never done yoga before. Is it advanced, or would a beginner like myself be able to do it?
You would be able to do it, but you would find it difficult at first. Possibly if you were able to get some help from someone more experienced, it would make it easier.
